The Stadium is accessible from street level. Patrons should contact the stadium on (07) 4778 3400 to organise wheelchair seating at lest 48-hours prior to the match.
Bar Service at venue
There are two bar areas located inside the stadium.
The bar for purchases for general seating is located in the bottom right corner of the stadium.
The bar for purchases for our corporate partners overlooks the main show court.
Drinks at standard bar prices.
Snack Bar at Venue
Canteen operates during all Townsville McCafe® Fire home games. Food purchased is permitted in the court area.
Smoking Area
New Projects Australia Stadium is a non-smoking venue. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas.
Merchandise
Townsville McCafe® Fire merchandise is available for purchase at all WNBL game.
